Let us plan your chiller and deep-freeze stores depending on your storage and transport technology requirements. We will then handle the construction stages and hand the store over to you when it is ready for operation.

Walls and Ceilings
We insulate walls and ceilings using sandwich panels with groove-and-tongue joints, usually with plastic-coated surfaces in the actual storage area.
On new buildings and in particular on high bay warehouses the panels can be fitted as external insulation, thus also serving as cladding.
The following insulating materials can be used in sandwich panels:
- Polyurethane foam
- Polystyrene foam
- Mineral fibres (non-inflammable)
Floor Structure
Our services also include the entire floor structure consisting of a vapour barrier layer and pressure-resistant floor insulation and floor slab, able to take the floor load.
Protection for walls and Doorways
In the storage area measures must be taken to protect the panel walls and doorways. Depending on the vehicles used and the risk of collision, we install various protection systems of galvanised steel, stainless steel, concrete or plastic.
Racking Systems
When fitting the store with suitable racking systems, we are again the right partner to advise you because we are independent and not bound to one manufacturer. So we are able to supply your entire store – the shell of the building, the insulation work, the concrete floor, the doors, the refrigeration and storage technology and the lighting. You need only deal with one partner.
